To build muscle you have to work out every day? (Muscle and abs also) lol?

To have the muscle arms and abs you have to work out EVERY day? And when you work out how much time you have to spend working out a day? 1 hour? 30 minutes? :D xD please help me lol

Great question asked with a lot of fun in it. There is a lot of confusion about building muscle but it is not that hard to do. It requires only that you build up a good habit and know what you are doing.

If you train the same muscles every day, your body will not have the time it needs to recuperate and your results will suffer from it. In the end, with no results, you will quit, which is only normal.

Sure, training every day is ok, but then alternate the region of the body you are training and provide for time to rest so the muscle can grow.

It all depends on what you want to obtain or what your goal is. In the end, it is about the exercises recipe (workout plan) you will need to create for yourself to get where you want to be.

The rest is habit building, patience, self discipline and keeping an eye on your goal. If you stick to it, you will see results in less than 6 months.

For me, the buddy system worked. You have to find out what works for you, which means you have to take into consideration that you will have to try out several methods. That means you have to get ready to fail a couple of times until you strike gold. (= finding what works for you!) So in this case, failing is a good result as well because it allows you to eliminate that which doesn’t work, and that brings you closer to what will.
