does anyone use billy blanks tae bo workout dvd’s…do you like them? ?
does anyone use these? do you get bored with them? do they work? how well do you like them? do you love them? please let me know your experience with them?
Used them a long time ago. They’re fine when you first them use them, but like any other workout tape/DVD, they get old eventually and you get bored. You need something that will keep you coming back year in and year out. It’s why I like Crossfit. It’s free, it’s constantly varied, and always a challenge.
