Starting the new over the counter diet pill ALLI….?
This pill is a big big hype. It is the FIRST EVER OVER THE COUNTER DIET PILL. Omg i can wait. YOu get access to the diet plan once you register your product. The pill is a fat blocker, soooo i have to eat low calorie and low fat. I am going to aim for 1100 cals aday 1200 the most. yes i know its 2 low, but pls let me do this. Being so over weight is very bad for me 2. Hi! I bought my Alli pills and the Alli diet plan book this morning at Walgreens…I am very excited too! Once you purchase your pills there is a product ID that you will use to register them on myalli.com. During registration, you will answer some questions and they will recommend an amount of calories and fat grams for you to consume daily. Once that is established, you will get a personalized diet menu, food choices, exercise ideas and all sorts of helpful information. The website is really great once you register. The Alli diet plan book is wonderful too. It gives you advice, sample menus, recipes, a dining out guide, fitness ideas and a lot more. It is definately worth the cost. Good luck!
