i need help to score high points on my grip when i squeeze a hand grip dynamometer?
i got like 45 on my left hand (i am left handed) , and 20 on my right hand, please i need go tips and exercises to help me get a stronger grip, btw does forarm training help me with grip or is it completly 2 separate things
omg i can’t belive i got 65 on my grip!!!!sucks to be in grade 11
Wrist curl exercises will help. A more simpler way would be to have a racquetball and do squeeze exercises with that throughout your day.
