What is the best fitness dvd that you think is out there.?
when i say fitness dvd’s its mostly about exercise routines and stuff that people can use at home…i just want take a poll and from what i have researched P90-X stands out the most..whats your opinion and why
I think you have consider the fitness level of the person that will be doing the workout too…I don’t think you would want someone who was just starting to workout to jump right into the X. I agree that X is supposed to be amazing and is probably a top notch, amazing results workout, but for someone that is just beginning, I have to say whatever workout is fun for them will keep them pushing play. I personally LOVE Yoga Booty Ballet and Turbo Jam because they are fun.
