Lcd Pedometer
Runners! What affordable watch/wristband do you recommend for tracking distances on your runs?
I am just now starting to get back in shape and am doing so through running. However, I would like some sort of watch or wristband that can track how far I’m running (and preferably also give time/pace), since I don’t know how many miles I’m currently running. I am not sure, but I think these are called pedometer watches? Anyway, I’m wondering which ones you recommend that are pretty simple (I don’t need a heart rate monitor or anything fancy like that), but accurate, and most importantly, affordable. I looked into the Nike+ Sportband system, because thats almost exactly what I want and at a decent enough price, but have heard that it has many LCD issues and breaks quickly. So, what other models do you recommend? Thanks so much in advance!
If you want to know how many miles and the pace, I think you would need a GPS watch. It calculates how far your are running. GPS watch cost alot so I recommend browsing around until you find a cheap one.
