Gym gloves enough protection for a punching bag?
Ive been thinking of buying a medium sized punching bag as a fitness complement to my gym workout, since I absolutely hate running. Common sense and a bit of internet research dictate I’ll need some hand protection. Since I already have gym gloves (standard leather fingerless ones) I was wondering if those would be good enough or do I need something more?
you will need some more protection than that,i only tried it last week,i hit the bag and the glove gave no protection,nearly cracked my wrist.buy a cheap pair of ever last boxing gloves,they should do the trick..
