Yes… the best is running. If you want strong and fast legs then do HIIT training and squats but do TABATA training.
But if you need just big muscles on your legs then go for machines with huge weights. They will make your legs big. The best are squads (tabata) and HIIT because you will make strong and fast legs, you will burn lots of fat and you will get amazing condition.
