I am 14 years old, 5′ 9″, 145 lbs, and I play soccer. How much should I be able to squat and leg press. I leg press 3 sets of 15 with 405 lbs and I squat 2 sets of 15 at 400 lbs on the squat machine.
that is good for your age and weight. try real squats instead of the machine, it is much harder.
