Magnetic Resistance on a recumbant bike?
I want to purchase a new recumbant bike for exercise. The one I am looking at is the Spartan Sports G88 Recumbent Bike, which has a magnetic resistance. Does anyone have an opinion on the different types of resistance for exercise bikes?
The most important different is comfort. If the seating is bad, you will not use the bike. Try them out, as many as you can, for several minutes to FEEL how they fit for you.
Instead of a bike, I recommend a power rack and a weight set with standard bar. Nothing expensive like olympic bar and plates. Will give you more results than a bike.
