Power Gyroscope

Help wiring a gyroscope sensor, ADXRS612?
I asked this question earlier, but unfortunately did not receive any helpful responses. So, I’ll ask again..
I’m a student, and I’m trying to figure out how to wire up the Analog Devices EVAL-ADXRS612 gyroscope that I have.
Here’s the datasheet:
http://www.analog.com/static/imported-files/data_sheets/ADXRS612.pdf
Here are the pin descriptions (photo taken from the datasheet):

What I need to know, is what pins to use to supply the board with power and get the signal coming out.
I’m assuming the RATEOUT pin is the signal
But I don’t know which pins to use for power. There are “vdd,” “pgnd,” “agnd,” and “avcc” pins, all of which I’ve seen used as power labels before.
I’d really appreciate instructions on how to wire this sensor properly, as I do not know what the pin acronyms mean.
Thanks.
You get more help from the block diagram at the start of the datasheet than from the pin listings. The positive 5V goes to AVcc, Vdd and Vratio. The ground connections are PGND and AGND. Yes, RATEOUT is the rate output signal
