When weight lifting what are the pros and cons of taking protein?
I just started basic weight lifting to get in shape, not really trying to be a bodybuilder or anything, but some of my friends have recommended me to take protein, but others say i shouldn’t because once i get of off it, i will become fat or something like that. specifically, people are recommending whey protein, but i don’t know too much about that so i was just curious wat is so good about it and what are possible side effects?
