What is the harmful effect of inhaling the fumes evolved right after lighting a safety match?
i just tried it out many many times……i wanna noe the bad effects of inhaling those fumes that come outta the matchstick right after you rub it against the pad provided on the match box,igniting it….its just normal safety match…..pls lemme noe…..
Well, safety maches might contain chemicals with sulfrum or phosphorum (or nitrogen). Their oxides with water create acids, so inhaled they would hurt your lungs. As the dosis is quite small, you wont feel it, but some damage would still be there. Also, it might cause cancer in long term.
