Toning Belt
I’m thinking about getting the contour belt to tone my abs, any comments?
I’m 17, 5′7″, 150 lbs. I was down to 145 from 225, but i have developed a little pooch belly. Will the contour belt tone me up?
No.

A flat stomach is not a result from muscle stimulation (btw, a contour belt is a joke, no work = no results). A flat stomach is from low body fat, which results from lowering excess calories. This means eat less, workout more, or do both.
Sit up’s, planks, and other core exercise you find on google will help build and strengthen your abdominal muscles, but you should be eating less carbs, more protein, less calories, health good food and doing cardio vascular exercises as well as strength training.
